Pre-Opening Soy Complex Market Report 11/05 :: <div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded"><p>January Soybeans were down 7 1/4 cents near 7:30 am cst. There were 601 deliveries issued Friday night for the November contract which pushed the total for the month to 2,277 contracts. Malaysian Palm Oil futures fell to a 3-week low overnight as surging stockpiles continue to limit the upside potential for prices in the short term. Chinese shares were weaker perhaps because of spillover influences from the US stock market slide at the end of last week. European stocks also tracked the weakness seen in the US at the end of last week overnight.</p></div></div></div>

Morning Hog Market Report 11/05 :: <div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded"><p>The market is still struggling to determine the impact of last week's East Coast storm will be on demand and just how much of an offset will occur once the region begins the re-stocking process. In addition, increasing supply in the weeks just ahead combined with record cold storage stocks leaves the short-term price outlook uncertain. Given the steep drop in production from this quarter to the first quarter of 2013 and a continued drop into the second and third quarters, it may be tough for traders to turn very negative based on short-term supply situation.<br /></p></div></div></div>

Morning Cattle Market Report 11/05 :: <div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded"><p>We remain concerned that the demand impact on the East Coast may have been underestimated as consumer restaurant and consumer retail outlet demand was down sharply, and this may have clogged the beef pipeline and likely take time to clear up the backlog. With packers already pushing average steer weights to a record high, the clogged pipeline is an issue and packers do not really have the luxury of slowing down the slaughter pace. Beef prices are on a steep downtrend and need to push down to a level which will quickly clear any backlog.</p></div></div></div>

Morning Crude Oil Market Report 11/05 :: <div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded"><div id="article_content"><p>December crude oil prices registered a lower low during the initial morning hours, weighed down by weakness in global equity markets, strength in the US dollar and uncertainty over the US presidential election. Some traders noted a measure of caution following weaker than expected service sector growth in China. The crude oil supply situation seems more than ample, despite dislocations from Hurricane Sandy. The continued closure of two key New Jersey refineries is seen as a force limiting demand for crude oil in the Northeast region.</p></div></div></div></div>

Morning Natural Gas Market Report 11/05 :: <div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded"><div id="article_content"><p>December natural gas prices saw follow-through weakness from Friday's downdraft overnight and fell to their lowest level since September 27th. Perhaps some of the weakness came from the latest six to 10 day weather maps calling for normal to above normal temperatures across the eastern half of the country into November 14th. The Commitments of Traders Futures and Options report as of October 30th showed non-commercial traders were net short 52,405 contracts, a decrease of 8,303.</p></div></div></div></div>

Morning Heating Oil Market Report 11/05 :: <div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded"><div id="article_content"><p>December heating oil prices registered a new low for the move during the initial morning hours but managed to stabilize ahead of the US opening. Some trades indicated that early weakness in the heating oil market came from a sell off in Brent crude oil, strength in the US dollar and further concerns over US demand in the wake of Hurricane Sandy. It also seemed that the tight European distillate supply situation was improving as refiners come back from a period of maintenance.</p></div></div></div></div>
