<p>People are wearing blue for Autism Awareness Day, which is Tuesday. By 2013 I believe most people I encounter are already aware of autism, so now what?</p>
<p>Sure, it's nice to see people support people affected by the epidemic that is <a href="http://www.autismspeaks.org/site-wide/autism-spectrum-disorder" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Autism Spectrum Disorder</a> by rocking a beautiful blue blouse or trendy cerulean skirt, but it doesn't really mean anything deeper than a cute outfit for the day.</p></div></div></div>

What cost learning? :: One of the effects of the grim economic situation affecting much of the world is its potential impact on funding available for education and in particular continuing professional development (CPD). It has only in recent years in the United Kingdom has there been a move in levelling of the 'playing fields' that has seen allied health professionals getting a fairer access to CPD funding compared with the larger groupings of medicine and nursing.
